Daniel C. Lubin has served on the CareGuide Board of Directors since October 2005. Mr. Lubin is a Managing Partner of Radius Ventures, LLC, which acts as the Investment Advisor to both Radius Funds. Previously, Daniel was a Director in the Investment Banking Division of Schroder Wertheim & Co., where he shared responsibility for managing the Health Care Group. Daniel co-founded and was a Managing Director of KBL Healthcare Inc., a health and life sciences venture capital and investment banking organization, and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of KBL Healthcare Acquisition Corp, a publicly-traded strategic acquisition fund. His prior affiliations include Manufacturers Hanover Trust, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies ("CSIS"), where he served as Special Assistant to the Chairman. He was a founder of Cambridge Heart, Inc., and also currently serves on the board of directors of Phylogix, Inc., EyeTel Imaging, Inc., Bio-Lok International, Inc., and all portfolio companies of Radius. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for The Haverford School. Daniel earned a B.S. cum laude in Foreign Service from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and an M.B.A. with honors from Harvard Business School. |
