Mr. Ustian has served as a director since June 2003. Mr. Ustian is currently Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Navistar International Corporation, a manufacturer of commercial trucks and engines. Prior to his present position at Navistar, he was President and Chief Executive Officer, from February 2003, and President and Chief Operating Officer from April 2002, and President of the Engine Group of International Truck and Engine Corporation, Navistar’s principal operating subsidiary, from 1999 to 2002.
