Drafts and negotiates purchase and sales agreements, loan agreements and mortgages, leasing and management agreements, cross-easement and operating agreements
Served as Vice President of Real Estate for the Columbus Downtown Development Corporation and Capitol South Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation, nonprofit corporation leading city-changing projects in downtown Columbus
