Dan Purgiel is the Principal in Charge of the Senior Housing Studio. His unique ability to balance general visionary project goals, development issues, and technical issues puts him at the forefront of creating innovative design solutions. He specializes in preliminary planning, master planning, project management, design and code compliance. Dan is an exceptionally organized and clear communicator - which has led him to create many innovative project communication systems. Dan is a presenter of numerous architectural related seminars and part of the leading edge of architects who can help clients prepare for present and future challenges and opportunities. His work has dealt with the complex building code issues on senior housing projects under individual State Health Licensing regulations, UBC, IBC, and NFPA codes in 14 states.
Dan is a licensed architect in Oregon. He earned a BFA in Architecture from Northern Michigan University in 1989. |
