Dan Lykken has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing since April 2004. Prior to joining Lumera, Mr. Lykken served as Vice President of Sales at TeleSym, a VoIP company. Mr. Lykken brings over 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience to Lumera. He has expertise in sales management, enterprise solution sales, as well as channel sales management.
Prior to TeleSym, Dan has held sales management positions at Meridian Venture Catalyst, Sequent Computer Systems, NCR and Xerox. As Director of Sales at Meridian Venture Catalyst, Dan managed the sales and marketing organizations for early stage companies. Through these early stage companies, he successfully introduced innovative technologies and services, built and managed high performance teams, and has grown business with direct enterprise and channel customers. Dan served in several sales and sales management positions in his eight years at Sequent Computer Systems, where he managed both direct sales and channel sales organizations. Prior to Sequent, Dan worked at NCR and Xerox in sales and sales management. Dan holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. |
