Daniel A. Kruger is vice president of Human Resources. He came to Sierra Health Services in 1998. His responsibilities include staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, occupational medicine and management training. Prior to Sierra, Kruger was vice president of human resources for Intermec Technologies Corporation, corporate manager for employment services for Anheuser-Busch Companies, corporate human resources manager for Computer Vision Corporation, and industrial relations supervisor and representative for Becton-Dickinson and Company. He has also worked with the Nebraska Rural Youth Program. Dan earned a bachelors degree at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. |
