Daniel A. Kaskel, Esq., P.A. has been retained as General Counsel to EB Developers, Inc. Mr. Kaskel is a board certified real estate lawyer who concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate acquisition and development, condominium and homeowner association formation and operation, real estate and commercial lending, retail and office leasing and title insurance matters. He has represented both borrowers and lenders in permanent, construction, mezzanine and other real estate secured lending transactions. He has also represented developers of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in the planning, formation, document drafting and operation of these projects, and has represented cooperative associations and developers in connection with condominium conversions. Mr. Kaskel is a member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He has lectured in the area of real estate contract drafting and negotiation, and has authored articles on commercial leasing and condominium association insurance and casualty issues. Mr. Kaskel received his BA degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his law degree from Western New England College School of Law, completing his third year at Rutgers Law School. |
