Daniel A. Kaplan is a Partner with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance quality and results. As a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, Dan’s focus is Wealth and Asset Management. Over the course of a nearly 15 year career, Dan has conducted more than 300 assignments for many of the premier firms within wealth management, private banking, retail brokerage, diversified financial services, business consulting and private equity. Dan has completed numerous high profile assignments for presidents, regional executives, heads of human resources, heads of sales and distribution, heads of product development, CIO’s and chief marketing officers responsible for key growth initiatives. Dan has led multiple large national private wealth management build-outs and has successfully completed searches in nearly every key market. Dan’s years as an executive search consultant include being Managing Director with another major international search firm and a Senior Associate with Korn/Ferry International. In addition to a successful search career, Dan has shaped leading recruiting initiatives during his tenure with major corporations. Dan was Director of Recruiting and a member of the human resources leadership team at Fannie Mae, a Fortune 20 Asset Management firm. Previously, Dan was with Sapient Corporation, a leading business consultancy. A graduate of Rutgers University, Dan has been active in fundraising for several non-profits including the United Way and the Manhattan Society. He is a member of the Americas Advisory Board of the Association of Executive Search Consultants. Dan is based in the firm’s New York headquarters. |
