Dan represented aerospace giant Smiths Group, PLC, in their relocation to a Harford County 90,000 sf build-to-suit consisting of office, lab and environmentally controlled manufacturing. Dan's past experience includes site location work for the largest privately held food distributor, Maines Paper & Food Service; consulting, site acquisition and disposition services for non-profit Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake.
