Daniel A. Fronk, certified public accountant, retired from The Ohio Company in 1997 after a 30-year career with the regional brokerage and investment banking firm. Dan specialized in all areas of corporate finance including initial purchase offerings, secondary finance offerings, mergers and acquisitions. He served on the board of directors for the Ohio Company for 10 years starting in 1988. Dan was also the president of Cardinal Development Fund, a venture capital fund. Dan Fronk has been a member of the board of directors for Bob Evans Farms, Inc. since 1981. He currently serves as the chairman of the compensation committee and is a member of the audit committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee.
Dan Fronk graduated from The Ohio State University.
