Danelle Larsen is a managing director with FTI Palladium Partners and is based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Larsen specializes in enhancing value in underperforming businesses and has extensive experience representing both debtors and creditors in and outside of formal bankruptcy proceedings. Her advisory experience includes the development and thorough analysis of business plans, cash flow projections and pricing models, negotiations with secured lenders, strategic assessment of business units, and manufacturing and production planning analysis. Her formal bankruptcy experience includes the development of bankruptcy strategies, first day orders, cash management, liquidation valuations and plans of reorganization.
Ms. Larsen's industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, long-term care, textiles, industrial and mobile home manufacturing, retail and consumer goods. Ms. Larsen began her career at a post-acute care company for which she provided both financial and accounting support and coordinated operational and accounting process improvements.
Ms. Larsen holds a B.A. in economics from University of California, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. She is a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
