Dana McSherry is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Boston office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
Before joining McDermott, Dana worked as an associate at a firm in Chicago, Illinois, where her practice focused on complex litigation, products liability, intellectual property including trademark and unfair competition claims, and general liability insurance coverage.
While in law school, Dana won the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition and was a Regional Finalist in the C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. She also served as the Co-President of the Women’s Law Center.
Dana is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
