Dana Susman is an partner in the firm's Litigation practice group. Ms. Susman is involved in civil litigation including, trial, appeals, discovery matters and motion practice. The types of matters with which she is familiar include copyright, libel, commercial contracts, insurance and other business related matters.
Ms. Susman is a graduate of Lehigh University (B.A. 1991) and of Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1994), where she received an academic achievement scholarship based upon her law school performance.
Dana Susman is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as before the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Susman is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, New York County and New York State Bar Associations and the American Bar Association. |
