Dana Novak is the manager of case management in the firm’s client technology services department in Minneapolis. In this role, she leads a team of case managers who provide consulting and project management services regarding the design, development and implementation of automated solutions for the discovery process. Serving as first point of contact, Dana and the case management team oversee the use of internal and external resources to provide those solutions. Additionally, Dana coordinates the development and implementation of best practices for case management. She is active in investigating and piloting new technology options for the firm, and works with other members of Client Technology Services to continually seek the most efficient processes and technologies to fulfill client objectives. Prior to joining Faegre & Benson as a case manager in 2002, Dana worked for ten years in the field of litigation technology and support. Her previous experience includes project management in both law firm and service provider organizations. Dana graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Sociology. She is also an active member of the Minnesota Association of Litigation Support Managers, serving on the board for two consecutive terms from 2005 to 2006. |
