Dr. Metzger was born in Connecticut and moved shortly thereafter to Grand Forks, ND where she was raised. She earned her B.S. in Psychology in 1989 and a B.S. in Medical Technology in 1994, both from the University of North Dakota. Life has taken Dr Metzger through a variety of careers and locations, and she has lived in Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, South Dakota, Utah, Ohio, and Florida since leaving Grand Forks in 1989, with a few stops back to the old stomping grounds. Her medical degree was awarded in 2002 from the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, Missouri which has since changed its name to the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Her family practice residency was completed in Sioux Falls, SD. Dr Metzger will be joining Alexandria Clinic, P.A. in November 2006. |
