Having founded KnowledgeFlow, Inc. in 1995, he has led the company from an organization consulting to AT&T, Sovereign Bank, Dun & Bradstreet and Unisys to a firm focused on making the Internet more usable. His ten year career at IBM spanned sales of engineering, commercial, and space systems in the US and internationally. His leadership at IBM was recognized with multiple opportunities to expand new IBM businesses in retail, commercial, consulting, and the Internet. After closing one of IBM’s first and largest professional consulting practice, Dana founded KnowledgeFlow with IBM colleague Ravi Bala. |
