Ms. Carabin has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since October 2005. She has also served as our Chief Compliance Officer since March 2006. Prior to joining EGL, she served as General Counsel and Secretary of Quanta Services, Inc., a publicly traded utility services company, since 2001. Ms. Carabin holds a J.D. degree. |
