Dana was previously a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her most recent position there was as Head of U.S. Defense, where her primary responsibilities included aiding companies involved in unsolicited takeover attempts and helping companies strengthen their defenses in advance of an unsolicited offer. Prior to that role, Dana was a generalist in the M&A Group, working in a number of industries including general industrial, retail and consumer products, and technology. She joined CSFB in 2000 after its acquisition of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where she had been with its Mergers & Acquisitions Group since 1995. Dana is a 1989 graduate from George Washington University and received her MBA in 1995 from Harvard Business School. |
