He led all corporate development efforts including acquisitions, divestitures, JV's, equity investments, strategic partnerships and IP/licensing agreements. Dan managed the due diligence process on many of these transactions, including financials, HR, environmental and legal. In addition to his transactional capability, Dan brings an extensive post-merger integration experience.
Prior to Schott and Davis, Dan worked as a management consultant for two international consulting firms in the fields of strategy, marketing and corporate development. Dan began his career in the Planning and Controlling Department at VEBA, the largest German company at that point in time. |
