Dan Starr joined Do it Best Corp. in 2005 as director of human resources and general counsel and was named vice president of human resources in July 2006. Dan manages all human resource programs including compensation, benefits and employee recruitment, training and development, and as general counsel he is responsible for internal and external legal matters. Prior to joining Do it Best Corp., Dan was a partner with Barnes & Thornburg LLP and served as the firm’s Business, Tax & Real Estate departmental administrator in Fort Wayne. Dan participated in the Leadership Fort Wayne program and has served on a number of civic and charitable boards, including the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center, the St. Francis Family Business Center, and the Fort Wayne Ballet. |
