A Talk America veteran, Dan joined Ship-Right Solutions in November 2002. Prior to returning to Maine, Dan spent time in Columbus, Ohio as the Director of Operations for SubmitOrder; a major 3PL player in the E-tail industry. With multi-site, automated distribution and state of the art call center facilities experience, Dan possesses exceptional logistical, operational and financial know-how.Prior to joining SubmitOrder, Dan served as the Director of Customer Support for Tampa-based Sykes Enterprises’ Eastern Kentucky Support Center. While at Sykes, Dan opened three support centers throughout the US concentrating on Client Services and implementation, Community involvement and personnel growth, guidance and support.Dan’s focus at Ship-Right Solutions is to oversee the day-to-day movements of the company, to continue to enhance and improve upon our exceptional services to our clients’ and to logistically position Ship-Right Solutions for continuous long-term growth and success.
