Was promoted in September 2004 to this position, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Information Technology department, including Corporate, Retail, Call Centers and the Distribution Center in Parkersburg, W.V. In July 2003, he was promoted to Vice President/Business Intelligence, responsible for executing the company’s triple-channel marketing strategy and managing the Business Intelligence group. In August of 2001, Mr. Moen rejoined the company as Divisional Vice President of Catalog & Retail Marketing. In May 1995, he first joined Coldwater Creek as a Customer Retention Analyst, before being promoted to Customer Retention Manager - a position he held through May of 1999. |
