Mr. McConville has over 20 years of experience in general corporate law, public utilities and local government operations and strategic planning and marketing. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in 1983, a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University in 1987 and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. |
