Dan Marinangeli was appointed Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, TD Bank Financial Group in November 2005. In this position, Dan is responsible for coordinating the development of enterprise strategies and executing supporting merger and acquisition activities.
His longstanding service with TDBFG began in 1987 in the Internal Audit group where he progressed through increasingly senior positions culminating with Vice President, Treasury, Offshore and U.S.A. Audit. In 1992, Dan transferred to Group Finance as Vice President of Planning, and in 1995, he became Senior Vice President of Finance. In 1999, he took on the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Dan holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Toronto. He is also a Chartered Accountant, and in 1998, he earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
