Dan Jones is a Senior Advisor with GuideCap Partners and brings extensive financial advisory experience. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Jones was Managing Partner of the Dallas office of Tatum, LLC and served as an elected member of its Management Committee. He has over thirty years of broad business experience, including serving as the CFO of multiple public companies. Mr. Jones has experience in IPO's, mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, asset dispositions and strategic planning in addition to traditional finance and accounting responsibilities. Mr. Jones holds a B.S. in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University and has been a licensed CPA in Texas and Virginia. |
