Mr. Fasulo is responsible for tracking current real estate sales transactions nationwide. He assists in analyzing and interpreting the data to provide insight on the dynamic capital environment for real estate. In addition, he acts as a consultant to RCA's clients, providing support for investment location analysis, due diligence for acquisitions/dispositions, and assistance with internal and external market research reporting. Personally, he has acquired, owns, and currently manages investment property in the NYC area. And since 2004, Mr. Fasulo has been a noted source of industry information and has been quoted by numerous publications.
Prior to joining Real Capital Analytics, Mr. Fasulo was the head of the market research group for Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey. His resume also includes several years with GVA Williams where he held a number of positions including Director of Marketing & Research.
Mr. Fasulo received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, where he attended the School of Industrial and Labor Relations. |
