Dan brings an engineering background and over forty years of construction experience to Tower Properties as Vice President of Construction. For twenty of those forty years, Dan operated his own architectural millwork business. Dan oversees numerous construction projects, ranging from tenant improvements and new apartments to a new 600-car garage and the historic renovation of the 260,000-square-foot Commerce Trust Building.
Dan is a past president of the Heart of America chapter of AWI, the Architectural Working Institute. He has participated in Habitat For Humanity projects, Christmas in October and volunteer construction activities in East Africa, Venezuela, Alaska, Guatemala and among Native Americans in the desert Southwest. |
