Mr. Demoise graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and began his employment with Shenango as an Industrial Engineer. After holding several positions in the Industrial Relations Department, he was promoted into manufacturing as Assistant Superintendent-Neville Island Foundry. Mr. Demoise later held the positions of Division Superintendent-Sharpsville and Manager of Operations-Foundries. Shenango's foundries produced ingot molds and stools that were used in steel manufacturing. Mr. Demoise was transferred to the staff position of Manager, Purchasing Transportation for all divisions of Shenango Incorporated located at Neville Island and served until he was promoted to manufacturing as President-Ingot Mold Divisions. After the closure of the Ingot Mold Division in 1994, Mr. Demoise was transferred to the Coke Plant where he held several administrative positions. Effective June 1, 2006, Mr. Demoise was promoted to his current position of President. |
