Dan DeGolier has over 18 years of experience in accounting and financial management, the majority of which is in the software industry. As CFO of Absolute Performance, he is responsible for the financial planning, implementation and updating of accounting policies, and controls, and oversight of all financial aspects of the organization. In addition, he is responsible for managing relationships with independent accountants, commercial and investment bankers and equity investors. Prior to joining Absolute Performance, DeGolier was Vice President of Finance and Administration for Integrated Research (IR), a publicly-traded Australian company with headquarters in Sydney. At Integrated Research, he was responsible for the oversight of all Financial and Administration functions of the largest revenue-generating region of the company, Americas. Integrated Research’s PROGNOSIS software provided deep levels of network and application performance monitoring for several platforms. In addition, he was instrumental in securing OEM relationships with partners, and was the primary individual responsible for customer Software License Agreement negotiations, primarily with Fortune 500 customers. Prior to IR, DeGolier served as Director of Finance for Cornice, Inc. and participated in the Series C Round Venture fundraising activities which raised $51M for company growth. At Gold Systems, a Colorado Software company, DeGolier served as CFO for nearly seven years and was active in efforts to raise over $10M in venture capital funding, in addition to an acquisition of an outside company. DeGolier began his career in public accounting, and was a Senior Staff Auditor for BDO Seidman, LLP, a large international public accounting firm. DeGolier is a graduate of Colorado State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration. |
