Dan joins Sanford Rose after more than 35 years experience as an executive and manager for ArvinMeritor, Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley), General Electric, and Textron.

He has held positions as Vice President Operations, Plant Manager, Director of Manufacturing, Director Product Industrialization, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Production Manager, and a number of engineering and staff positions during his career. He has had the opportunity to work in varied industries and markets including: Automotive Components, Electronic and Electromechanical Controls, Heavy Truck Components, Major Appliances, Appliance Control Electric Motor, Defense Components, Distribution Transformers, and Capacitors.

Dan has expertise in the following: Operations Management, Automation Engineering Plant Turnarounds, New Product Introduction, Acquisition Integration, Organizational Development, Quality, Inventory and Financial Management.

Dan holds a BME from Ohio State and a Masters of Engineering from U o L.
