As CFO, Dan brings more than 30 years of strategic corporate and financial leadership experience to Domin-8, with many years of experience in the software and services industry. Dan oversees our accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, human resources, administrative and legal service departments. Dan’s experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Frontstep, Inc., a global software company; MPW Industrial Services Group, an industrial service provider; and OHM Corporation, an environmental services provider. Dan’s extensive professional background includes leading several IPO’s as well as financial consultation and project execution for a large multi-national manufacturer and a national law firm. Dan began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP after earning his Masters in Business degree from The Ohio State University and his undergraduate degree from DePauw University. |
