Dan Lowe is a Managing Partner and one of the founding partners of RED Development, LLC. His development responsibilities include project coordination, financing, budgeting, equity structure, due diligence, governmental relations, lease review and legal aspects for each project. For RED Development, Dan has personally led the development of centers totaling more than 4.1 million square feet in numerous communities including Kansas City; Lincoln, Neb.; and Westminster, Colo., among others. Centers under Dan’s direction include Eagle River Station (530,000 sq. ft.) in Eagle, Colo.; One Nineteen (160,000 sq. ft.) in Leawood, Kan.; Summit Fair (550,000 sq. ft.) in Lee’s Summit, Mo.; The Legends at Sparks Marina (800,000+ sq. ft.) in Sparks, Nev.; The Promenade at Chenal (340,000 sq. ft.) in Little Rock, Ark.; Adams Dairy Landing (600,000 sq. ft.) in Blue Springs, Mo.; The Legends at North Las Vegas (950,000+ sq. ft.) in North Las Vegas, Nev.; Legoland Missouri (600,000+ sq. ft.) in Lee's Summit, Mo.; and the multi-use Akard Place project (1 million sq. ft.) in Dallas, Texas. |
