Dan Clark is the senior vice president of operations for FARA. He is responsible for the company's third party administration divisions, security services operations, program management, contract administration and data services. Clark began his career with FARA in 1979 as an adjuster trainee. He became an adjuster in charge in 1981 and opened FARA's branch office in Houma, LA. Clark was then promoted to branch manager and in 1986 became the corporate vice president of administration. In 1988 he returned to operations directing the Ingalls Shipbuilding account in which he developed a completely integrated claims administration program managing thousands of Longshore and Harbor Workers' compensation claims. Clark was promoted to senior vice president in 1993. He has completed numerous seminars on state compensation, LS&HW and Jones Act claims and is regarded as an expert in LS&HW claims. He is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. |
