Mr. McGuire has authored several legal and financial journal articles regarding the advantages of limited liability companies, and the valuation of stock options. Prior to his entering the field of law, Mr. McGuire was a civilian aeronautical engineer with the U.S. Air Force from 1976-1986, developing flight simulators for fighter pilot training in Arizona. After graduating from law school, Mr. McGuire was a litigation associate in the New York firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, 1989-1993.
