Damon Gadson has over 10 years experience in telecommunication sales and operational experience. For the last 2 years while at WorldCell, Damon has been responsible for all of retail services including sales, marketing and operations. In an extremely competitive environment, Damon maintained revenue targets and grew the affinity and travel agent channels. Prior to joining WorldCell in August of 2004, Damon was a key member of the RCN telesales management team concentrating on voice, video and data services to residential customers. Damon helped increase RCNs new start-up division, Starpower, customer base from 200 to 18,000 thus increasing revenues to 10.8 million. Damon holds a B.A. in Political Science from Morgan State University. |
