As Co-owner and CIO, Damion brings a diverse array of technical knowledge to the table due to his variety and exposure to thousands of computer networks in both the Linux and Microsoft platforms. Damion has a degree in Electronics Engineering from the ITT Technical Institute, has personally built and manages the CaresTech Web server banks, is the developer of a unique server clustering arrangement, and has written the code for our own in-house CRM program. His primary function is to oversee and manage all technical staff and ultimately; our own servers. In addition, Damion acts as a liaison to determine the client's needs and matches up the right staff to do the job. Along with his phenomenal technical abilities, Damion excels at listening and planning for the future needs of the client. He is the voice in all technicians' heads that makes them think thrifty and outside the box. His ability to translate techie to the non-technical combined with his endless reservoir of technical knowledge makes our clients wish he could be cloned.
