Damian Luna is a results-oriented executive, with a record of strategic leadership, innovation and growth. He has a broad business background with significant expertise in sales; discovering business opportunities and executing strategies that capture new customers and improve market leadership. He is responsible for managing G&K’s sales organization.
Luna spent 18 years with Nalco Company, a provider of integrated water treatment and process improvement services, chemicals and equipment programs. He was most recently worldwide strategic business leader for the Food & Beverage and Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Divisions, responsible for sales and marketing teams, driving strategies to maximize market penetration. He held various management positions including sales, marketing, general and international management. Rapidly advancing throughout his tenure, he successfully established and implemented strategic business plans, which increased growth and profitability, built cohesive management teams and fostered technology advances. Prior to Nalco Company, he was a sales engineer with American Pipe Inspection, Inc. and also worked at Amoco Production Company.
Luna earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. He is a member of various associations, including Leedar Inc., YMCA of St. Paul and American Institute of Chemical Engineers. |
