Following more than 20 years’ experience in border banking, Executive Vice President/Cashier Dalia Martinez
brings customers and the IBC Family of banks extensive knowledge in virtually all areas of personal and commercial finance. Prior to joining IBC in 1990, Dalia served as Vice President of an area bank where her responsibilities ranged from operations and product development to management of new accounts and merchant programs. From IBC’s Laredo headquarters, Dalia coordinates operational activities including personnel and product development as well as pricing analysis among over 170 banks and branches throughout Texas and Oklahoma. She is also responsible for bank operations for IBC-Laredo, as well as management of customer portfolios representing national corporate accounts.
Dalia’s many civic and community activities include service as president and board member of various community organizations such as United Way of Laredo, Salvation Army, and Children’s Advocacy Center of Laredo& Webb County. Also, she currently serves on the Board of the Make a Wish foundation of central and south Texas. |
