Dale joined Red Ventures in 2001 and is responsible for IT infrastructure and software development throughout the company. Prior to Red Ventures, Dale was the chief technology officer at several technology companies, including Really Easy Internet/!Hey Inc., a network security company; Raptor Systems; and Titan Systems, a systems integration company. Dale started his technology career at the National Security Agency where he was trained at the NSA National Cryptologic School as a programmer and systems analyst working on a variety of projects using supercomputers and highly specialized technology. Following his NSA career, Dale worked at a supercomputer company, Convex Computer Systems, in a variety of technical roles and served as a product marketing manager for several niche markets. |
