Mr. Fuller was appointed as Chairman of the Board in February 2007. He joined the Board in November 2006. Mr. Fuller also serves as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee. Recently, Mr. Fuller served as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of McAfee Inc. He joined the McAfee Board in January 2006 and assumed the Interim President and CEO role from October 2006 to March 2007. Prior to McAfee, Mr. Fuller served as Chief Executive Officer of Borland from 1999 until 2005. Before Borland, Mr. Fuller served as Chief Executive Officer of WhoWhere? Inc., as General Manager, and Vice President of Apple Computer's Powerbook division, and as Vice President and General Manager of NEC Corporation's portable computer division. |
