Dale V. Kesler was recently elected as a Director in February 2007. Mr. Kesler had formerly served as a Director of Aleris since 2002 and up to the merger in December 2006. Mr. Kesler retired in 1995 as a partner of the professional accounting firm Arthur Andersen LLP. He served as that firm’s Dallas office accounting and audit division head from 1973 through 1982 and as the managing partner of the Dallas office from 1983 through 1994. Mr. Kesler also serves as a director of ElkCorp, Triad Hospitals, Inc. and CellStar Corp. He is a member of the Audit Committee of each of these companies; a member of the Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance Committee of ElkCorp; and a member of the Compliance Committee of Triad Hospitals. |
