Dale P. Kelberman is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland, where he served both as Chief of the White Collar Crimes Group and Chief of the Fraud Unit. His practice is concentrated in white collar criminal defense, grand jury practice and internal investigations, as well as general federal litigation. Mr. Kelberman also has served as a prosecutor in the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office and in the State of Maryland Attorney General's Office. As a local, state and federal prosecutor, he has handled approximately 100 jury trials in State and Federal courts, and he has argued more than 30 appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Maryland Court of Appeals and the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Mr. Kelberman has been a frequent lecturer at the University of Maryland School of Law and before various law enforcement agencies.
