Lisa Aronson brings to The Leader’s Edge over 20 years of experience in helping individuals and organizations maximize their success. Lisa has coached hundreds of corporate leaders as they have moved through career transitions and progressed to senior levels. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching,and leadership development. She has supported individuals in developing and communicating their strategic vision, enhancing their executive presence and leveraging their strengths. Through meaningful collaboration with leaders across many industries, Lisa has designed and implemented solutions to maximize human resource effectiveness. Prior to her work with The Leader’s Edge, Lisa was the senior human resource officer at an investment banking firm and held senior positions in two major consulting firms. Lisa has conducted organizational effectiveness studies and delivered training programs for Fortune 500 companies. Lisa founded a practice utilizing a computer-based simulation focusing on managing a diverse workforce. Her clients included companies such as Schering Plough, Ethicon, Merck, Chevron and Walmart. Additionally, Lisa has designed and developed seminars focusing on critical leadership skills. Capitalizing on her expertise with a variety of assessment instruments, Lisa guides individuals to their individual personal and professional insights necessary to achieve success. Lisa holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters in Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and has spoken on topics ranging from career management to building strategic networks. |
