Dale Degenshein has over 20 years of experience in cooperative and condominium matters. She has represented and advised more than 100 cooperatives, condominiums and homeowners’ associations on a range of issues. Ms. Degenshein has particular expertise in breach of fiduciary duty, review and interpretation of governing documents, housing discrimination, reasonable accommodations for disabilities, claims against individual board members and transactions.
Prior to joining Stroock in 2007, Ms. Degenshein was a founding partner of the law firm Cantor, Epstein & Degenshein LLP, where she had practiced cooperative and condominium law since 1995.
