Dale Reid became Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer in December 2003. He is responsible for corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, and heads the corporate treasury function.
Mr. Reid joined the company as a Senior Staff Accountant in 1981. He became Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Allegheny Teledyne upon the closing of the Allegheny Ludlum-Teledyne combination in 1996. Before the combination, he had been Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Teledyne since 1993. In September 2000 he was named Vice President, Finance for Allegheny Ludlum, an Allegheny Technologies company. In December 2000, he became Vice President, Controller, for Allegheny Technologies.
