Dale concentrates his practice in the areas of tax and financial planning, working primarily with closely held corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships and individuals. Areas of specialization include real estate syndications, corporate dissolution, acquisitions, mergers, Internal Revenue Service matters, state and local representation, providing expert testimony, financial and estate planning, health care and retirement planning matters.
