Mr. Kasavana leads all M&A activity that GTP undertakes including tower acquisitions, rooftop buyouts, ground lease buyouts, land purchases and other corporate development initiatives. Mr. Kasavana was initially an outside financial due diligence advisor to Global Tower Partners for most of their significant acquisitions and joined the Company in March of 2006 to oversee their mergers and acquisitions activity. Prior to joining GTP, Mr. Kasavana spent seven years performing financial due diligence, financial statement audits and IPO filings for public and non-public companies at Ernst & Young, LLP. He specialized in serving technology, communications and cellular tower clients. Mr. Kasavana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Massachusetts. |
