DJ Carney, Chief Financial Officer,has over 15 years of professional finance, operations and accounting experience with a proven track record in both early stage startup and publicly traded technology and distribution companies. Mr. Carney has demonstrated the ability to build sound financial reporting and scalable business systems necessary to meet the needs of high growth companies. Mr. Carney is a CPA with substantial experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, M&A, and both venture and public financings. Prior to joining CTC, he was Director of Finance for Danka Office Imaging, a publicly traded distributor of networked office equipment. He also served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for Andale, Inc. an eBay auction tools company, as Director of Finance for SoftNet Systems, Inc., a publicly traded Internet access company and as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Carney has a Masters in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College. |
