Cyvia received her B.S. in Education from Butler University in Indianapolis Indiana and she went on to receive her special education certification so that she could teach children with special needs. Cyvia taught in elementary schools across the country before exploring the field of investments. She has a certification in diamonds and diamond grading from the Gemological Institute of America. Cyvia has spent 25 years managing her personal investments both in jewelry brokerage and real estate. She served as President of the Dallas Chapter of Brandeis University National Women’s Committee and as a fundraising chairperson for the Jewish Community Center of Dallas. In her free time Cyvia enjoys the symphony opera and theatre. She and her husband Dr. Marvin J. Noble are active members of the World Affairs Council and the American Jewish Committee. As a resident of Dallas for nearly 40 years Cyvia believes that she can bring both investors and clients to T Bank. |
