Cyrus Deboo joined Sonenshine Partners in 2000. Mr. Deboo's practice focuses primarily on the technology, retail and consumer product, and healthcare sectors.

Representative transactions at Sonenshine Partners include the $350 million sale of 1-800 CONTACTS Inc. to Fenway Partners and of 1-800 CONTACTS’ ClearLab subsidiary to Menicon of Japan and Migwang Contact Lens Co. of Korea; the $425 million sale of simulation software company ABAQUS, Inc. to Dassault Systèmes of France; and the $300 million sale of electronics manufacturing services company Manufacturers' Services Limited (MSL) to Celestica.

He previously worked at GE Capital, where he was involved in a broad range of strategic and financial planning matters.

Mr. Deboo holds a BA cum laude from Yale University.
